Love handles is a very nice term to describe excessive fat around the mid section. What you really need to consider when attacking the problem of excessive fat is this. No one exercise or diet is going to work all by itself. Sure some are more effective than others. However the problem of fat does not have one solution.
You need to look at the big picture. You will need to address the problem as a whole. Three is no one miracle that fits all. No matter what weight you are you can lose weight. Trust me I feel for you especially if you have been trying to lose weight for a long period of time.
There is so much information out there relative to weight loss that one can become overwhelmed and as a result confused. The biggest factor that helped me in my life is focus. You do not have to eat less you can eat as much as you want as long as you eat the right food. Example – fat is good for you. Not fat from potato chips but fat from avocados.
You must also start to consider how you are living your life. You see there lots of information out there that tell you what to do. But as you know been told what to do is one thing – understanding what is going on in your life and as a consequence taking action upon understanding will have far more reaching effects.
In other words observe and take note of what you do on a daily bases? You may be surprised at how you treat your body. Honesty is key. You are going to be on a journey of your own discovery to figure out for yourself what is going on. This is your own education
You can read all the books you want but until you address yourself you are never going to really understand what is happening. Then you will go from one fad diet to the next.
Once you start to note things down you will begin to understand why your body has fat. What I urge you to do is start to learn about food. Sure this is not as convenient as taking a pill which can be helpful but not as the only solution. When you understand what you are putting into your body you then realize why it is in the shape that it is in. This also true when you start to realize how much exercise you get.
